Time has gone by quickly and five years have gone by like nothing since 50 Cent last released an album. Originally, 50 Cent announced Before I Self Destruct in 2007, but delayed it to first drop Curtis. Additional delays led to the album being pushed back until late 2009.
50 Cent intended to amp up his album releases and return with a new album in 2010, but this did not happen. Instead, 50 Cent went through album changes and release date reschedules. In the end, 50 Cent released several street albums and mixtapes in 2011, 2012, and 2013 to keep his music out there.
Leaving Interscope Records ended up being 50 Cent’s next choice and he did this with plans of releasing Animal Ambition on June 3. 50 Cent took to his Instagram today to release the track listing for the album. He featured Jadakiss, Kidd Kidd, Prodigy, Trey Songz, Yo Gotti, and more on the album.
