Fans have been waiting years for 21 Savage and Metro Boomin to release the sequel to their 2016 “Savage Mode” EP. This was 21’s first major project as it featured hits such as “X” featuring Future and “No Heart.” Metro was also commended for his solid production. Since then, the wait has been on for the second installment.
Now, fans are finally getting their wish as Savage Mode 2 will be released this Friday. 21 and Metro took to their social media needs just now to make the major announcement. They also included a hype trailer which is narrated by the legendary Morgan Freeman.
This huge announcement also comes after a fan started a petition demanding that 21 and Metro finally release Savage Mode 2. It’s a reality now as it’s expected that the two will have one of the hottest projects of 2020. Check out the Morgan Freeman-narrated trailer for the EP below.
