Last year, 2 Chainz came a long way and he released Based on a T.R.U. Story, his debut album. The album earned 2 Chainz a host of awards and was the primary reason he was even in Los Angeles for the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. On the red carpet, many of the biggest stars conducted interviews.
2 Chainz has a new focus in 2013, after cementing himself as a star. Now, the focus is on the artists under 2 Chainz. Cap1 and Ronn Makk are among the top priorities of 2 Chainz coming into this year. In the meantime, 2 Chainz is working on his upcoming collaboration with Pharrell.
When Sway Calloway caught up with 2 Chainz for MTV News, the popular rapper showed off his attire. In addition to showing MTV how he dresses, 2 Chainz opened up about his collaboration with Pharrell. The two will likely be working on his upcoming sophomore album.
