Last night on Twitter, Kanye West surprisingly announced that he would be running for President in this current election. In April, he said that he would sadly be voting for Donald Trump again. West initially voiced his support for Trump in 2018 by wearing MAGA hats, saying how “slavery was a choice” and even met Trump at the White House.
West’s announcement on Twitter read “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States 🇺🇸! #2020VISION.” He’s already gotten an endorsement from Elon Musk and now, 2 Chainz is disappointingly on board as well.
The Atlanta legend took to Instagram to post a screenshot of West’s presidential announcement with the caption, “S*iiit I hated I voted early real talk.” This was in support of wanting to cast a vote for West.
Everyone should know that a vote for West is a vote for Trump. It’s similar to that of many people voting for the gorilla, “Harambe” back in 2016. 2020 is the year to mess around. West would be bad like Trump but this is a marketing scheme for him. People can’t loose sight of the bigger picture, which is to finally get Trump out of here.
