Foogiano is one of Gucci Mane’s new artists at his 1017 record label. He’s been gaining some buzz but at the same time though, has been running into legal issues these last couple of months. According to the Athens Banner-Herald in late December, Foogiano was wanted in Greenboro County, GA after removing his ankle monitor and being on the run for two weels.
Now, Foogiano has reportedly been found. According to XXL, he has been arrested in Memphis. He was booked at the Shelby County Jail on the charge of being a fugitive from justice without a warrant. This isn’t the first time that Foogiano burned off an ankle monitor as that was a case of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Barrow County, GA, on December 6 as well. He violated his probation then for being arrested for burglary in 2015. Foogiano was released on $50,000 bond on December 14 but authorities then realized that his ankle monitor was “melted off” on a highway in Barrow County.
In 2020, Foogiano appeared on the 1017 “So Icy Summer” album and also released his “Gutta Baby” mixtape. That project contained 17 tracks with appearances from DaBaby, Lil Baby, Gucci Mane, Pooh Shiesty, and more.
