Nicole MitchellBy Stranga The Great
Hip Hop Vibe Staff Writer

First off, shout out to DJ Charlie Hustle for holding things down last week with his edition, Charlie’s Angels. His interview was a tough act to follow, but a true Tar Heel can make it happen. Keeping in tune with the impromptu North Carolina theme Hip Hop Vibe had this week, Nicole Mitchell returned.

Hip Hop Vibe readers should remember Nicole Mitchell from her previous features in 2011 and 2013. As of today, she holds the record for the most Hottie of the Week features. Over the past year, Nicole Mitchell has continued to see her career take off on the local scene.

Although it was our first interview, it was the third time Nicole Mitchell talked to Hip Hop Vibe, as previously stated. In her interview, Nicole Mitchell spoke a little bit about how she ventured into the modeling industry, her businesses, and her ambitions. Nicole Mitchell has quite a bit to look forward to with her budding career.

Read the entire interview below:

Can you tell us a little bit about growing up in Goldsboro, NC? I didn’t actually grow up in Goldsboro, I grew up in Raleigh, NC. I was only born in Goldsboro.

How long have you been modeling? A few years.

What would you say started your path into modeling? Modeling was always an interest of mine. As a child, people always thought I was model. I thought based on my height and size that I couldn’t model. Once I got older, I decided to do my research to see what my options we’re. I then made a decision on the path I wanted to take and began to pursue it.

What separates you from the typical urban model? My look, my many talents, my work ethic, how I carry myself, and more.

What are some of your goals for the rest of 2014? To do bigger projects and to make a bigger impact on the industry. As well as explore other areas beyond modeling.

Who are some of your favorite musicians? T.I., Drake, and Nicki Minaj.

How do you intend on using your beauty as a platform to reach people and change lives? Well, part of it is by showing people that beauty comes in all different shapes, shades, and sizes. Although, I’m not really using my beauty to do anything. I plan on using my talent, my knowledge, and my hard work ethic as a way to change lives. Me being beautiful is just a bonus. My looks may open the door but who I am as a person and what I have to offer is what’s going to get me through the door.

If you had to only pick one song to give a lap dance to and one man to dance for who would it be and what song do you pick? Um… the song would be “Practice,” I think that’s what it’s called, by Drake and I would dance for Drake. (Laughs) That was the first song that came to my head.

Can you tell us how to find you on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook? Twitter is @Enjoli_Mitchell, Instagram is @Enjoli_Mitchell, Facebook is Nicole Enjoli Mitchell. My website is NicoleEnjoliMitchell.com.
