Usher adds Lil Jon and Ludacris to Super Bowl Halftime Show
The Super Bowl in Las Vegas is two days away, as Usher is set to perform at his highly anticipation halftime show. On Friday, he also released his first studio album since 2016, “Coming Home.” 20 songs were included, as well as lead singles such as “Good Good” featuring Summer Walker and 21 Savage, “Ruin” featuring Pheelz, and “Risk It All,” featuring H.E.R. Moreover, Usher also collaborated with Burna Boy, The Dream, Jung Kook, and more.
Meanwhile, Usher is adding some legendary names to his Super Bowl Halftime Show. On Friday, it was confirmed that Alicia Keys would be part of it, as many expect her and Usher to perform their 2004 Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping hit, “My Boo.”
Furthermore, Usher has also told Entertainment Tonight, that Usher and Lil Jon will also joint the SB Halftime Show. This is to perform their 2004 Billboard Hot 100 number one hit, “Yeah!” This is one of Usher’s biggest records of all-time, especially as a party anthem.
“I would be a fool to not play ‘Yeah!’ let’s just start there,” said Usher to ET. “It would be foolish to make it all the way to Las Vegas, Jon is here, Luda’s here and not play ‘Yeah!’”
In addition to Lil Jon, Ludacris, and Alicia Keys, Usher is also speaking to Justin Bieber, as Usher initially helped Bieber soar to stardom, in 2009. They also collaborated on Usher’s 2010 hit, “Somebody To Love.”
