But, Boozer left Utah for the Bulls in 2010, playing alongside Derrick Rose in his MVP season. After that, he quietly retired, but has now resurfaced in a FanDuel video. Carlos Boozer has never been a stranger to controversy. During his time with the Jazz, he wound up in a feud with Prince over his mansion. Prince was supposed to rent Boozer’s Los Angeles mansion for $95,000 a month. However, the money didn’t come. As a result, Boozer was preparing to sue the music icon. Before things got out of hand, Prince sent Boozer a wire transfer of $500,000, according to the retired NBA star.
