Momentum was behind former Jay-Z protege, Uncle Murda. The former Roc-A-Fella Records star has released several mixtapes over the past few years. With all of his mixtapes having “murder” somewhere in the title, Uncle Murda decided to change things up on his latest mixtape and title it The First 48, another phrase for murder. A hardcore, gritty, street, mixtape, Uncle Murda turned to Mike Epps to host the mixtape to bring comic relief. French Montana, Ca$h Out, Chinx Drugz, Wale, and many others are featured on The First 48.
