Theprinceofnc began focusing more on his music, in 2019, and released his album, Life, in 2020. Not only was the album a success, his “Don’t Play” single amassed 1 million streams, on Spotify. Definitely, the future is looking bright.
Representing the college town, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Theprinceofnc is actually redefining a culture. When people think of Chapel Hill, they think of Duke vs. UNC and tobacco road. For those outside of the Tar Heel State, all of this means college basketball.
In 2019, Theprinceofnc released the Self Aware EP, to much success. This was the project containing the popular “Don’t Play” single. Fast-forward to 2021, Theprinceofnc has his Life 2 album out, and the Intro track, from the release is doing major numbers. On YouTube, the music video has 118,000 views, and it has 400,000 Pandora streams.
