Pulled from the spotlight right before reaching her prime, Remy Ma has a cult audience waiting on her. Taken from the game at the peak of her career, Remy Ma is best-known for her hits with Fat Joe. But, during the summer of 2006, Remy Ma enjoyed her own solo run.
It seems like a lot of what could have been Remy Ma’s has gone to Nicki Minaj, as she helped return the female emcees to prominence. Since then, several other female rappers have gained a position in the game. Before, Remy Ma and Lil’ Kim seemed to be the only female rappers making real moves.
But, Remy Ma is coming home from prison in ten days and she called into Power 105.1 to speak to Angie Martinez. It’s been a while since Remy Ma has been heard from and she spoke on what she has coming up. Remy Ma talked about her prison release, her reality show, and Nicki Minaj.
