The Midwest hip hop scene has taken over, in its own way. Cleveland is one of the cities benefiting from this boom. For once, there is a city not named Chicago, Detroit, or St. Louis making noise. First Kid Cudi and then Machine Gun Kelly, and now there is Ray Jr., of Legit Paper, who is making moves. Ray Jr. got his Legit Paper label-mate, Ducky Smallz, for his new single, “#I’mWorking.”
