Playboi Carti originally emerged in 2015, but was forgotten by 2016, as Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, and Famous Dex took over the scene. When 2017 rolled around, Playboi Carti returned with “Magnolia” and scored an actual hit record, charting in the top 40. Now, he has his new track, “Squad,” featuring Lil Uzi Vert, that can be found on YouTube.
