Before the end of 2012, Future made plans to properly introduce his crew, Freebandz Gang. The result was FBG: The Movie. Later, DJ Tay Don’t Play decided to theme the seventh edition of Str8 Spazzin in honor of the camp. The results of this work was Str8 Spazzin, Vol. 7 (Free Bandit Edition). Working with Nascarr Nat on the mixtape, DJ Tay Don’t Play featured songs from Lil B, Young Scooter, Trinidad James, Young Breed, Ca$h Out, Scrilla, of course Future, and more.
