Earlier this year, Meek Mill got further connected to Wale when he joined Roc Nation’s management arm. This union made Jay-Z into Meek Mill’s manager. Working with him on his Dreams and Nightmares album, Meek Mill promised a Jay-Z collaboration. It turns out the “Lay Up” track was supposed to be this track. The remix, which is the original version, of “Lay Up” leaked earlier tonight. Rick Ross’ verse remains in tact.
