Lil Apey represents Philadelphia and he’s building some buzz. Right now, nearly every city has some local buzz, so it’s tough to stick out. So, Lil Apey went a different route, dropping his single, “Petty LaBelle,” in part named for the singer, but 100% using Cardi B’s line from “Love & Hip Hop,” back in 2016.
