Issa Famous represents Louisville, Kentucky and he comes with an incredible message. Too often, rap goes conscious, but leaves nothing for the children, sans Ludacris’ “Runaway Love,” in 2006, but few rappers have ever gone back to that topic. But, Issa Famous came right for it, delivering “Intentions,” and saying the things others may be a little too timid to speak on.
