Though it does not impact Future directly, his “Karate Chop (remix)” single has come under much controversy. Initially turning down a collaboration with Lil Wayne, during the time he first worked with Drake, Future and Lil Wayne now have several songs with him. But, this particular one came under fire for Lil Wayne using the poor judgment of dissing Emmett Till on the song. L.A. Reid has reached out to the Till family and Epic Records released an apology statement and promised to amend the song. Wasting no time, Epic Records has changed the song.
