Harlem’s Dave East is consistent with the music releases and he has a new project coming up. Black Rose is the title of his upcoming project and there are some major guest appearances. His new single, “I’m On,” features a heavy dose of Philadelphia, as Young Chris and Peedi Crakk make appearances on the track.
