Billard is a rising emcee out of Cleveland, not much different than a 2009-2010 Machine Gun Kelly. Seeing that his fellow Clevelander is on the rise, Machine Gun Kelly decided to do a track with him. This new track, “All Eyez On Me,” has Billard paying homage to the iconic Tupac Shakur.
