I love writing for Hip-HopVibe and I hope you are enjoying my columns. It’s fun to interview interesting people and share some pop culture topics with you. I thought that it’s about time that I told you a little bit more about myself, Annie Cruz, host of “The Dirtiest Girl in the World” on www.VividRadio.com and on SiriusXM channel 415.
It’s been nearly 6 years, since Vivid Radio launched, and what a fun ride has it been. Over the years, my listeners have gone through the entertaining journey of all of my serious relationships as well as my trampages.
It’s no secret that single Cruz is the most pleasurable to listen to as everyone enjoys listening to explicit details of my single escapades, which listeners have come to know as “trampages.” Being freshly single since nearly the start of the new year, #Trampage2018 has since been in full effect. And I don’t intend on changing this anytime soon!
And ya know what? There’s nothing wrong with being single. Why? First of all, I’m not answering to anyone. I no longer have to deal with someone else’s insecurities that lead to jealousy or paranoia of what I am doing. Someone else’s problems don’t become mine anymore, and 100% of my time is dedicated to ME. But the most important one of them all: I can hook up with, sleep with, and do whatever I want with whoever I want whenever I want AND be unapologetic about it. These are the stories I share on my show. Like that one time with a 6’4” superhero or the impromptu orgy that I instigated with strangers. There was also that one time at a sex club with my ex-girlfriend, and the guy who couldn’t hang or the time I did double anal with identical twins (I wrote about this story in Asarotica, by the way). Variety is the spice of life, and while I enjoy sharing these stories with my listeners, there’s one thing that I most proud of since my start with Vivid Radio…
As someone, who is an advocate for sex-positivity and anti-slutshaming, I’ve had the pleasure of having women (and men) call into my show or write me just to tell me how listening to my show makes them feel like they should not feel ashamed about their sexuality. It’s quite the empowering feeling to know that there are people out there, who feel this way. Doesn’t matter if you’re male or female, no one should ever feel ashamed about their sexuality, and to make others feel safe and proud of who they are because of my show, is enough for me to keep doing what I’m doing.
Currently, I am writing a book about my life in the adult industry (I have been retired nearly two years now for those unaware), which will include a separate “diary” of many of the stories I have told on my radio show. I also have two independent films in post-production at the moment with one that just got picked up by distribution by Gravitas Ventures. More details on this as the release date draws her.
