The Weeknd and supermodel Bella Hadid broke up in August after the two supposedly dealt with distance issues and their schedules played huge roles in the relationship. Now, it appears that they’re both back on, according to E! News.
The sources say that Weeknd (real name Abel Tesfaye) and Hadid partied together on Thursday night in New York City. This was for her 23rd birthday and the event took place at Le Chalet, L’Avenue at Saks. The two had good conversations at the bar as they were taking shots. After the party, they both went to Hadid’s apartment.
An E! News insider added that “You could tell that they were definitely in love and they both looked very happy being around each other.” They have been in touch for the last couple of weeks and have been working on their relationship. Tesfaye originally reached out to Hadid and that’s when they agreed to meet up.
“There was no love lost between the two Abel just had a few things he needed to work on and his focus was elsewhere,” said the E! News source. “They are in a better place right now but are trying to keep things on the down low. They both want to be more private about it this time around.”
As of now, Tesfaye and Hadid have no bad blood and are on good terms and look like the relationship is back in the good place they had before. This all shouldn’t come as a surprise considering that the issue of their schedules being different is something that could be worked out. It’s obvious that the two wanted to be together but their timing was just off. It’s good to see both Tesfaye and Hadid very happy together.
