Today, Grand Theft Auto V was officially released and this marks the conclusion of the list, “GTA Stories, Ten Notable Grand Theft Auto Characters.” In this list, Hip Hop Vibe has featured characters from both the Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto IV era of the game. Since Grand Theft Auto V dropped tonight, it felt fitting to preview.
Franklin Clinton is one of the three protagonists of Grand Theft Auto V and he works alongside fellow protagonists, Michael, and Trevor Phillips. A reluctant repo man, Franklin continues the trend of Grand Theft Auto protagonists with a conscience. With the character of Franklin, there were a lot of rumors about him.
In the end, Franklin bares no relation to CJ from the original San Andreas and he is a man of his own. Franklin represents the new era of Grand Theft Auto where stocks are traded and cars can be BOUGHT AND SOLD. Under twenty-four hours since the game was released and it is projected to sell over 1 billion copies in its first week.
