Lil Durk says “7220” album will be released on February 22
For several months now, Lil Durk has been preparing to release his seventh studio album, “7220.” Now, an official release date is official here. On Sunday night, Lil Durk finally revealed the official release date.
Durk announced that 7220 will be out on February 22. He also added that this will be the same day that Kanye West’s “Donda 2” will be released. Both of these projects will likely both be vying for the number one spot, on the Billboard 200 chart.
In January, Durk also announced that his 7220 Tour will be starting on April 8, in Phoenix. 17 dates are available, as it’ll conclude on May 2, in Durk’s hometown of Chicago. This also comes after Durk ventured on the “Back Outside Tour” with Lil Baby, in 2021.
7220 will also be Durk’s fourth album, in three years. His last project was “The Voice,” in December 2020. That project saw a number two debut on the Billboard 200 chart, and is certified gold, in the US.
