Pittsburgh emcee, Boaz, is set to drop his Rostrum Records debut album, Intuition, on October 21st 2014. Boaz has been on the scene for quite some time, as he dropped his first mixtape in 2005. Since then, he has been steadily pushing out dope music that has caught the attention of the masses.
After gaining a buzz from the Under the Influence of Music Tour, performing alongside Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller and Kendrick Lamar in 2012, he continued to garner attention when he performed at The Smoker’s Club Tour in 2013. Now, Boaz is putting together his debut album, Intuition, due in only a few more days.
So far, there have been several leaks off the album including the visual drop of the title and track, “Intuition,” as well as the highly praised, “How We Law,” featuring Junior Reid, and “Like This”. The album is backed by dope production and some great collaborations from some interesting characters.
Recently, Boaz released the remix of “Like This” featuring Murs, Crooked I, and Fashawn. For those that haven’t heard of Boaz yet, it’s essential to get acquainted with his music to remain a fan of hip hop. The upcoming release release of Intuition is exciting, as is what’s up next for this up and coming emcee.
