When people want what they want, they act, tending to forget that people are all human. An example is an unsatisfied customer, who disrespects an employee. Doing certain jobs means exercising a deal of patience.

However, there are times when the thick skin can become very thin. There are people who bring out some of the rawest emotions. When that happens, anything can happen, and it likely will.

Bath and Body Works is trending on Twitter, this morning, due to a fight that broke out. A customer got into it with an employee, and hands were thrown. It got so out of hand that other employees, along with security, had to step in, and break the fight up.
