Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued By Miami Stripper For Aggravated Battery After She Was Accidentally Hit By Champagne Bottle; 6ix9ine Reportedly Meant To Throw it At Someone Who Called Him a “Rat”

Tekashi 6ix9ine certainly knows how to make himself trending on social media. This was the case over the last two weeks. The various topics included his confrontation with Meek Mill in an Atlanta Parking lot, dissing Meek, Lil Durk, and King Von on his “ZAZA” single, and calling out people who were supposedly recording him in public.

Now, more legal woes are on the way for the Brooklyn rapper. Back on February 20, 6ix9ine was at Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami. According to TMZ, he threw a champagne bottle at someone who allegedly called him a rat but instead, it hit a stripper on the head.

The rat situation goes back to September 2019 when 6ix9ine revealed in court the actions of the Nine Trey Bloods, who kidnapped and robbed him in the summer of 2018. 6ix9ine used to associate with them before but the snitching helped him avoid 47 years in prison and instead, only did two with time served. He was released from prison early in April 2020 and served the remainder of the sentence on house arrest until August.

TMZ has since identified this woman as Alexis Salaberrios. She was seen with part of her head bloody. Now, a lawsuit is on the way as it was filed on Friday. She is suing 6ix9ine for aggravated battery. This lawsuit states that 6ix9ine threw a “deadly object with intent to commit serious bodily injury.” David M. Tarlow confirmed that 6ix9ine threw the bottle due to being called a rat.

As a result of this incident, Salaberrios reportedly went to the ER to get staples to close the wound from the bottle. She also bashed the club for not having security near 6ix9ine and cited how he has a “propensity for violence.”  Salaberrios was also asked not to call police to report the incident but she did so anyway.

Gold Rush is also being sued in this lawsuit for gross negligence. 6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, denied any involvement by the rapper in this incident to TMZ.

“There are video cameras in the establishment. It’s an attempt to shake him down. If he is served properly, we will immediately move to have it dismissed.”
