Today, 1017 rapper, Pooh Shiesty, released his highly anticipated “Shiesty Season” mixtape. This project is led by bangers such as “Back In Blood,” featuring Lil Durk and “Twerksum.” The Memphis native also had some very solid features in Gucci Mane, 21 Savage, and more.
Shiesty Season is No. 1 on Apple Music and Back In Blood just hit that milestone as well. Shiesty took to his Twitter feed to tag Durk and jokingly said “Wow we passed the license girl.” This is in regards to Olivia Rodrigo’s chart-topping single, “Drivers License.”
In less than an hour, Shiesty has now tweeted again with “Damn lol just joking @Olivia_Rodrigo.” The pop star hasn’t responded yet but it’s assumed that everything is all good. She’s usually known as a star actress for Disney but recently started making music and has become an even bigger superstar.
As far as Shiesty, he is proving that he is about to be one of hip-hop’s biggest stars and has had a very impressive start to 2021. He’s already one of the best artists that Gucci Mane added to the 1017 roster.
