Soulja Boy Planning To Take Legal Action Against Woman Who Said He Sexually Abused and Imprisoned Her For Two Years While Working For Him as an Assistant

A few days ago, it was reported by TMZ that a woman filed a lawsuit against Soulja Boy for abuse she suffered after being hired as a personal assistant for him in December 2018. She is listed in the lawsuit as Jane Doe and is suing the rapper for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress, and damages for not being paid for her work.

The woman said that it all started when Soulja began sending photos of his penis to her. She started a relationship and moved in with him but things got worse. Soulja allegedly kicked her out of a car and made her walk five miles. Other abuse included being kicked, punched, and body slammed. When she finally decided to leave in August 2020, she was raped.

A rep for Soulja ended up denying these accusations to TMZ by saying “Soulja would never put his hands on a female. He wouldn’t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman … this is non-sense!!!” Now, Soulja is personally responding to the outlet as well by saying he will take his own legal action against this woman. “I vehemently and unequivocally deny these allegations. I am in contact with my legal team and the appropriate legal action will be taken against these lies.”

Soulja was also sued for assault in January 2020. This was regarding kidnapping and assaulting a woman named Kayla Myers after backing her car out of a driveway as she was leaving Soulja’s Malibu home. An argument took took place between her and his assistant. She supposedly ended up being held at his garage and tied up in duct tape. Myers was also supposedly forced to give oral sex to one of the male assistants in order to be able to leave.
