YFN Lucci Reportedly Requesting Bond In Order To Financially Take Care of His Four Kids and Mother

YFN Lucci turned himself in to Atlanta police last week after turning himself in for a murder case. This was allegedly involving a shootout that took place in southwest Atlanta between his crew and a rival gang on December 10. His friend, James Adams, was shot in the head and then, Lucci and his crew supposedly dumped the body.

Lucci has since been given any bond in this case as he’s being held in Fulton County Jail. The charges on the table are felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Now, the Think It’s A Game Records rapper is trying to change that. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, he is requesting bond now.

Lucci cites that he has “four underaged children whom he financially supports.” Lucci also noted that he must take care of his mother who he provides for in Atlanta. He doesn’t believe he is a flight risk in this case either as he “poses no significant threat or danger to any person, to the community, or to any property in the community.”

Another point that Lucci is trying to make to prosecutors is that he has no felonies. As of now, there is no word on when a judge will make a decision regarding the bond.

Two other men have since been arrested relating to this case. They are 17-year-old Leroy Pitts, who was charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. 17-year-old Leroy Pitts was also charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
