Jeezy is without a doubt one of the greatest rappers to ever do it as his legacy started way back in 2005 with the release of his classic debut studio album, ‘Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101.’ He has released 12 albums in total with other classic projects being 2006’s ‘The Inspiration‘ and 2008’s ‘The Recession.’

Now, Jeezy and Def Jam have revealed that the has officially accumulated over 7 billion global streams. The Snowman has since taken to his Instagram feed this afternoon to shout out his day one supporters.

Jeezy also made headlines in November for his Verzuz battle with long-time rival, Gucci Mane. Two had been feuding for over 15 years but got into the same building at Magic City in Atlanta to make his Verzuz happen. It was a tense night for sure but it ended in the two performing their classic 2005 collab single, “So Icy.” They even went on to host an after party at Compound after the Verzuz.

When midnight struck after the Verzuz was over, Jeezy also released the sequel to his The Recession album. This was led by the single, “Therapy For My Soul,” and contained 15 tracks in total. Appearances were also included by Rick Ross, Demi Lovato, Yo Gotti, and more. Earlier in 2020, he also put out his ‘Twenty/20 Pyrex Vision‘ EP with longtime producer, Shawty Redd.
