Tory Lanez Suspected Of Subliminally Tweeting Megan Thee Stallion’s “Girls In The Hood” Lyrics; Explains That It Was Someone’s Yearbook Quote

One of the biggest stories in hip-hop of 2020 was Tory Lanez allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in her feet last summer. This was after the two partied in Hollywood Hills with Kylie Jenner. Megan finally said in August on Instagram Live that Lanez did commit the crime. Lanez denied doing so on his ‘Daystar‘ album.

Lanez has since been charged with felony assault and may face 22 years and eight months in prison if convicted. His attorney plead not guilty on his behalf in mid-November. Now, the Toronto rapper is in some heat again as he supposedly tweeted lyrics from Megan Thee Stallion’s “Girls In The Hood” single.

Lanez said “Sometimes u gotta just stand outside … to remind yourself your ‘Outstanding.'” The original lyrics are “I don’t stand outside ’cause I’m too outstandin.'” From there, Megan fans flooded his Twitter feed to bash him. He then tried to explain how what he said was actually someone’s yearbook quote.

Lanez has also been trending as he announced a new collaboration with DaBaby on a single. Megan chimed in and said that this record is old and not cleared. Therefore, she will still shoot the music video for her “Cry Baby” song featuring Baby.
