Earlier this week, Dr. Dre shocked everyone after he was admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was placed in ICU cars for treatment for a brain aneurysm. Luckily, he updated everyone and said that he’s been receiving excellent care and is doing great.

At the same time though, the hip-hop legend has been dealing with a long divorce battle with his estranged wife, Nicole Young. According to TMZ, the latest development here is that Dre’s agreed to pay $2 million in temporary spousal support. Young still wants Dre to pay $5 million in attorney fees but that won’t be done on his end as this latest check will be used to cover those.

Nicole wanted $2 million per month but this is a one-time check. The next divorce hearing will occur in April. For now, Dre will still have to pay for her Malibu home along with her mother’s Pacific Palisades home for the next few months. Dre made these latest agreements official from his hospital bed. He and Young have been married since 1996.
