Last week, Casanova turned himself into federal custody after he was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit racketeering, one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and one count of possession of a firearm for drug-trafficking. He handed himself over to NYPD’s Midtown South Precinct Wednesday.
The Brooklyn rapper and 17 other suspects are reportedly part of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang and “committed murder, shootings, robberies, and assaults against their rivals and against fellow members of Gorilla Stone.” They also reportedly “engaged in brazen fraud by exploiting benefits programs meant to provide assistance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.” Now, there is supposedly plenty of evidence that was used against Casanova to bring about these charges.
The FBI has a document stating how Casanova admitted in interviews such as VladTV how he stabbed inmates in prison after being incarcerated for first-degree robbery twice. The feds also tapped into his iCloud account where photos of firearms were found. Casanova admitted to stabbing 12 inmates and robbing people at 11-years-old. If convicted in this case, he faces life in prison.
