2 Chainz Won’t Let Political Beliefs Get in The Way of Relationships With Lil Wayne and Kanye West [VIDEO]

Over the last few years, we’ve seen many rappers come out and endorse the politicians they want to hold the presidency. Sadly, many have shown Donald Trump love from the likes of Kodak Black, Lil Wayne, and 2 Chainz. Last month, Wayne posted a photo with Trump and explained that he feels that he can get the job done.

West made the most noise with his Trump support back in 2018 when he was always seen wearing a MAGA hat and visited Trump in the White House. This had people canceling Ye even more as that May, he told TMZ that slavery was a choice. Now, 2 Chainz, a frequent collaborator of both Wayne and West, is coming out and explained that he’s not letting politics decide their relationships.

“They’re not my partners based on their political preference or their thoughts,” explained 2 Chainz on The Breakfast Club. “They’re my partners because of who they is. They’re my partners because of our relationship, what we’ve built over time. Whatever Wayne decides, he’s a whole grown man with kids. I’m not going to stop talking to him. Whatever Ye go through — the thing about me, what I take pride in is my relationships aren’t industry-based. I don’t have to ever do another song with either one of these cats. We still gonna have a rapport. We still gonna have a relationship. I saw it happen but these folks grown. You’ll have to ask them what their angle was and what their beliefs was.”

Today, 2 Chainz also released his new album, ‘So Help Me God!‘ after multiple delays. This project contains the hit singles “Money Maker” featuring Lil Wayne and “Quarantine Thick” feat. Mulatto. Other appearances include West, NBA Youngboy, and more.
