Christin Evans was a victim of "swatting" by her own roommates. A freshman in college, at Stephen F. Austin State University, her white roommates, and some other white students, accused Evans of trying to attack them. Because of this, Evans ended up having her apartment raided by police, with their guns drawn, but thankfully no shots were fired, so Evans' life was spared, so now she and her family are speaking out.

Rightfully so, there are angry parents, and a terrified child. At the young age of seventeen, Christin Evans just started college, beginning as a freshman at Stephen F. Austin State University. Enrolled under a cheerleading scholarship, Christin Evans was definitely excited.

Excitement from Evans turned to fear, when she became the victim of a horrific prank. Initially, Christin Evans was enjoying her newfound freedom, as a college student. However, her roommates decided to pull a deadly prank on her.

Christin Evans was sleeping, in her dorm, at 3 am, when the police entered the room, with guns drawn. Her white roommates, and some other white students falsely told the resident assistant that Evans threatened them with a knife, so the RA alerted authorities. Thankfully, Evans was not shot, but now she and her family are speaking out, after inaction from Stephen F. Austin State University, according to them.
