Yesterday, 21 Savage and Metro Boomin revealed that that the sequel to their 2016 “Savage Mode” EP will finally be released on October 2. They also included a trailer for this project that’s narrated by Morgan Freeman.
21 and Metro have now also released the cover art for Savage Mode 2 as it gives off a Cash Money vibe as the two are hovering over a mansion. A large statue of 21’s signature knife is also on display. The “4L” and “Slaughter Gang” phrases are also engraved onto the knife.
The first Savage Mode EP propelled 21 to start some as Metro brought the hard-hitting production. The two biggest records from this project were “X” featuring Future and “No Heart.” Stay tuned for the official release of the tracklist this week as well.
