Tory Lanez has been setting social media on fire again with the release of his new “Daystar” album today where he denied shooting Megan Thee Stallion and also professed his love for her. He also called out critics such as Kehlani, JoJo, Chance The Rapper, Bun B, Jay Z, and more.
Lane has been getting cancelled on social media since the initial reports in July that he was the shooter. Megan also claimed on Instagram Live in late August that he did so and how his PR team went on a smear campaign. This was also claimed by Megan’s team today.
There has been rumors based on Lanez’ Daystar album that Megan’s best friend, Kelsey was the shooter. Megan’s producer, Lil Ju Made It, went after Lanez by saying that he did shoot her because Lanez’ bullets from his gun supposedly matched the ones in Megan’s foot. Someone commented saying that people are saying Kelsey shot Megan and that’s when Lanez commented under that saying “That’s not true.”
At this point, social media is wondering when the full truth will ever come out from this incident and if Lanez will ever get charged. At the time of the shooting, he was hit with a felony for carrying a concealed firearm into a vehicle and LAPD are also pondering on charging him with felony assault which is related to the Megan shooting.
