“Trap Soul” was Tiller’s first album back in October 2015 and is still regarded as his best project. It was led by hits such as “Exchange” and “Don’t.” The five year anniversary is coming up and the Louisville artist is celebrating in a major way. He announced on his Twitter feed on Tuesday that a deluxe edition will finally arrive on September 25.
Three additional songs will be included which are “Just Another Interlude,” “Self Righteous,” and a remix for “Rambo” featuring The Weeknd. These are tracks that initially didn’t make the final version of Trap Soul but now, fans are in for more material from Tiller.
“Before we get into my new album, I wanna celebrate with this special edition of my debut album, Trapsoul,” said Tiller on Twitter. “Featuring a few songs that didn’t quite make the cut. Y’all asked for these on All Platforms and they’ll finally be yours this Friday. thank you!
Trap Soul did very well following its release in 2015 as it reached No. 8 on the Billboard 200 chart. It has since been certified 3x platinum by the RIAA in the US.
