Big Sean announced the sequel to his 2012 ‘Detroit‘ project last week as it would be out on September 4. The original Detroit was released as a mixtape. Since this announcement, Sean has released two singles in “Deep Reverence” featuring the late Nipsey Hussle and “Harder Than My Demons.” Now, he just took to social media to reveal the full tracklist for Detroit 2.
Detroit 2 will contain 21 track in total with features from Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Erykah Badu, Post Malone, Ty Dolla $ign, Jhené Aiko, and more. He also has a track featuring all-Detroit artists in “Friday Night Cypher.” This will include appearances by Eminem, Tee Grizzley, Kash Doll, 42 Dugg, Cash Kidd, Boldy James, Sada Baby, Drego, and Royce Da 5’9.
Detroit 2 also has two “Story” interludes by Dave Chappelle and Stevie Wonder. Due to the massive success of the first installment Detroit eight years ago, Detroit 2 may be Sean’s most anticipated album to date. His previous album was ‘I Decided’ in 2017 which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Check out the full tracklist for Detroit 2 below.
