Life can change at the drop of a hat, but what people don’t realize is that most of these changes are up to them. Often, people complain about things in their life, like they can’t change them. One person who isn’t complaining is @Trendsnancy, on Twitter.

Two years ago, @Trendsnancy decided she was over being an overweight person. Choosing her health, she decided she would lose weight. This new lifestyle brought about some dramatic changes in her life.

What people noticed about @Trendsnancy is how dramatically different she looks. The photo on the left isn’t just bigger than the photo on the right, she is also much darker. @Trendsnancy credits her diet and workout to the lighter skin tone, changing in her complection.
