Sashé R'ki (@DaMonkeyBaby) vents, on Twitter, about some fake friends. Her day began as any other day would, initially, going out for brunch with "friends," in Stamford, Connecticut. However, she wakes up in a hospital, on morphine, with bed restraints, and band-aids, trying to figure out what's going on. None of these so-called friends have any answers for her.

In adulthood, the stakes get much higher, as money, and even lives, could be at risk. More often than not, adults learn the hard way about fake friends. But, this presents a Catch 22, of sorts, because people need connections with other people.

Sashe R’ki (@DaMonkeyBaby) shared to Twitter a story of how costly fake friends could be. In her case, her life was nearly lost, and the day began with brunch. After having brunch with friends, she woke up in the hospital, with restraints and bandaids, from where she was injected with morphine, and nobody has answers for her.
