Last week, Megan Thee Stallion went off on Twitter about people joking about her getting shot in the foot two weeks ago in Los Angeles. She also blasted Draya for joking about wanting to be shot at by a man and how the shooting incident was a “Bobby and Whitney moment.” This in regards to reports that Tory Lanez was the one who shot Megan.
Megan got on Instagram Live today and discussed the shooting further. She added that she was actually shot in both feet and required surgery. Again, she found nothing funny about the jokes made about her on social media either. She also luckily revealed that the bullets didn’t break any bones/tendons.
Megan explained everything emotionally as she also gave props to her family members who have passed away for looking over her in this traumatizing situation. She did not mention Tory’s name at all, though. No footage has surfaced yet of the actual shooting yet, either. He was arrested on the scene for a felony gun charge as he was found with it inside the car that he was inside with with Megan and another woman. He‘s assumed to be the one who shot Megan.
Megan has had a fantastic 2020 for herself musically though as her ‘Suga’ EP debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart. It contained the hit single “Savage” which earned a remix with Beyoncé and became the top song in the country.
