Yesterday, Megan Thee Stallon revealed that she was shot twice in the foot after a house party in Hollywood Hills in the early hours of July 12. Tory Lanez was also in the building with her as the two were seen on Instagram Live with Kylie Jenner. Original reports stated was that Megan injured her foot on broken glass. Megan has since been recovering as she labeled the incident as traumatizing.
Tory ended up being caught with a gun after shots were fired from an SUV. Police tracked the vehicle down as he was arrested and charged with a felony for carrying a concealed weapon inside a vehicle. He later posted $35,000 bail as his next court date is on October 13.
Now, after days of wondering who shot Megan, Page Six reports that Tory was the one. This went down while Megan was trying to leave the car following a dispute inside of it.
“Tory fired the shots from within the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to leave,” said a source to the outlet. “There is video and the police are investigating. This is a case of a man physically harming and abusing a woman.”
LAPD didn’t confirm any video evidence as they’re waiting to see until the case goes to court to protect the case’s integrity. Megan’s best friend, Kelsey Nicole, denied being the shooter. One of Megan’s producers, Lil Ju, also put out a now-deleted tweet telling Tory to “count your f*cking days.” Hopefully, video evidence is released sooner than later.
