Being a business owner means taking care of the customers and the employees. Above all else, the workers have to be taken care of to properly do their jobs. After all, this is the best way for the customers to be served.

However, the customers also have a job to do in order to maintain the functionality of the business. This means that the customers have to respect the employees. Currently, the United States is enduring a period of uncertainty, with Coronavirus, and all.

Micah Hill is the owner of a Firehouse Subs, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and one of his employees was upset. Following state law, she asked these two men, which Hill shared on Facebook, to wear a mask. They called her a “fat n*gger b*tch,” in response, and Hill shared a photo from surveillance, of them, asking people to identify the men.
