The woman on the left is Heather Reed Sprague, a brain tumor patient, and the mother of ten. This week, she had a doctor’s appointment, and she decided to visit a store, before the appointment. When she entered, the woman on the right was present, going off on the store clerks.

The reason the woman was so upset with the store clerks was because they refused to allow her to return an item that she didn’t even have with her. Despite the absurdity of this, the woman went completely off, over the situation. This led to Sprague beginning to film her.

As Heather Reed Sprague filmed the woman, she noticed her, and flipped her off, giving both middle fingers. The woman wouldn’t just stop there, as she noticed Sprauge was wearing a mask. Despite having two small children with her, this woman didn’t have a mask on, and proceeded to cough on Sprague, not realizing she is a brain tumor patient, all while her children ran around the store, one desperately needing to use the bathroom.
