In April, Griselda Records rapper, Westside Gunn, released his third studio album, ‘Pray For Paris.’ This project received high praise as it contained 13 tracks. It includes fan-favorites such as “Allah Sent Me” with Conway and Benny The Butcher and “Party With Pop Smoke” with Keisha Plum.
The Buffalo rapper isn’t slowing down at all anytime soon. He has taken to Instagram to announce his fourth album, ‘FLYGOD Is An Awesome God II.’ This is the sequel to the album released last year. The forthcoming album is set for a July 3 release date.
Gunn said in his IG post:
“I guess y’all thought I was playing… The New leader of the CULTURE-FASHION,ART,MUSIC,WRESTLING,FILM.” He also made it known that promotion for Pray For Paris isn’t done at all either as he is going two release music videos for two more songs, a film for it, and box CDs. Pray For Paris is regarded as one of the best albums in hip-hop to release this year as Griselda Records continues to shine. The album reached No. 67 on the Billboard 200 and with the consistency that we’ve seen from Gunn in 2020, ‘FLYGOD Is An Awesome God II’ may do even better.
