Last week, Tekashi 6ix9ine released his new “Trollz” single feat. Nicki Minaj has many figured that it’d hit the top of the charts due to the star power that comes from both of these artists. This is how the case as it has officially taken the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Trollz was able to take down DaBaby’s “Rockstar” single feat. Roddy Ricch which is now at No. 2. Lil Baby’s new “The Bigger Picture” record debuted at No. 3. Trollz now marks 6ix9ine’s first No. 1 song and Minaj’s second.

6ix9ine’s other top 10 records includes “FEFE” feat. Minaj in 2018 where it reached No. 3. Last month’s “GOOBA” single debuted at No. 3. 6ix9ine started some controversy there though as he accused Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande’s “Stuck With U” single of being paid to get the top spot with six different credit cards.

Trollz won in Billboard’s Digital Songs Sales chart as well as it had 116,000 units sold in the week ending on June 18. It has also accumulated over 133 million YouTube views. Ever since 6ix9ine’s release from prison in April due to coronavirus concerns, he’s been winning big. He will officially be off of house arrest in August.
