Travis Porter was one of the hottest hip-hop groups out of Atlanta from 2009-2013 as they had hits such as “Go Shorty Go,” “Ayy Ladies” feat. Tyga,” “Make It Rain,” and “Waffle House” feat. Waka Flocka. They haven’t put out a project in three years but they are now back at it as they will have an in-person concert soon. (Yes, you heard that right.) This is to celebrate 10 years of them as a group as they are made up of members, Ali, Strap, and Quez.

Porter announced on social media that they will have a concert on June 13 in Atlanta where people will watch them perform from their cars. This is to practice social distancing during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. This is part of the “Parking Lot Concert Series.” Tickets can be purchased here.

Porter was known most for their twerk/club music as some of their most notable projects are their “Proud 2 Be a Problem,” “Streets R Us” feat. Waka Flocka, and “Music Money Magnums” mixtapes. Hopefully, this concert goes as planned and we do get new music from these Atlanta icons. Their last single was “Let It Snow” in December of 2018.
