Last year, Lil Durk had to deal with an attempted murder case in Atlanta. He was facing five felonies which include criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime. Luckily for Durk though, he was able to post bail and was ordered to have a curfew and ankle monitor.
In August, he was right back to the music as he released his fourth studio album, ‘Love Songs 4 The Streets 2.’ This was highly successful as it peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart. The Chicago rapper has another project on the way which drops on May 8 titled ‘Just Cause Y’all Waited 2.’ This is the sequel to the mixtape that he released in the spring of 2018.
Just Cause Y’all Waited 2 will contain 15 tracks with solid features from Gunna, Lil Baby, Polo G, and fellow Chicago rapper, G Herbo. Check out the full tracklist below.
